Do exercise

Do some simple exercises to take your balance back. Exercise is considered as a good method in controlling stress, it has positive effects on a person’s mental and physical state as well. Plain and simple – exercise, in a way what is fun and healthy can reduce stress and the negative reactions to stress. Spending 10-20 minutes per day doing exercise would be good.
Remove yourself from your desk
Give yourself a break. Stand up and go out of your office or your work station for a while can reduce stressful feelings. Go somewhere new, somewhere interesting for a few hours if you can afford to.
Avoid extreme reactions
Stress is a reaction to events and problems, the more you react, the more you suffer from stress. Hence, no need to extremely react, always remember to keep calm and try to control your emotional feelings. Step by step, you can manage it all thoroughly.
Talk
Don’t hold your feelings. Just talk to your friends, family, colleagues and even your boss or whoever can listen to you without making any judgments. Express what you feel and what you think frankly. Talking with someone else can make you relieve, at least to some extends.
Get enough sleep
Lack of sleep or don’t sleep tight at night may cause stress. Stay up late for so long is one of the main causes of stress. Try to handle your work and set time for yourself. Keep in mind that you should get enough sleep, ideally 8 hours per day.  However, in case you are so busy, four to five hours is far better than pulling an all-nighter.
Eat

Eat something; particularly what you like can prevent stress. For the best, you should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. When you feel satisfied, the burden causing stress will reduce immediately.
Try to be positive
Always think that how well you can cope up with rather than how hard things are gonna be. Most of us find it difficult to get out of negative thoughts, but actually we completely can do it. Kick those thoughts such as “I can’t do it”,  “It’s totally beyond my control”, etc… out of your mind immediately. So try to think positive to take you back to the path of happiness and put stress behind us.
Help other people
Try to help someone else; especially those are less fortunate than you. It can help you manage stress and feel far more comfortable.
Seek professional help
For those suffer deeply from stress and find no way to handle it on their owns, report to your doctor or physician as soon as possible.
